i just wan to clarify something to everyone out there. " NORMAL POSTAGE IS AT UR OWN RISK !! "Recently, there's this customer that opt for a postageafter we can't do a meet up then, postage get lost, and she wants a refund by saying she cash tight. -.-

It happens like these :

Initially, she ordered 2 slogan from me.She asked me to pay for her first, i agreed.i pay for her first, den the items came le.so we arrange a meet up at pasir ris.I live jurong, i charge her $4 for going to her convenience.We arrange to meet up around 230pm.

Then, end up she did not turn up after my frenz (also in jurong)went to meet her and reached. So my frenz waited there from 230pm to 340pm.My frenz still saw people quarreling at the MRT station. So i guess this could be the timewhich he can prove that he is there.

This customer asked her frenz to meet my frenz.End up her frenz cannot come again. Initially, she still asked me to give her one shirts then, she will concealed cash to me. But how can when i don receive $, still give u items.So i made a step back, i said u asked ur frenz paid half, den i gave u one of the shirts,she den said her frenz no $, which is only $11.50. HER FRENZ DON HAVE !

End up, my frenz waited for her frenz untill 3.40pm when he reached at 2.30pm.
So just now, over msn she told me she went to MRT herself on that day around 3pm.But previously, she nv tell me she went to MRT.

And she said she don have a phone, so she reached the MRT, she cannot contact my frenz.Then, at the very least, she should ask her frenz who had a mobile to contact my frenz saying she will be going down. But she did not ! This is logic right, u go when u don have a phone and duno how my frenz look like, how are you going to meet my frenz ???

Then, back home, i said if u want me to go down the second time, u need to pay me $4 more. She don want. So i asked her to opt for an postage, i still remind her once again that normal postage is at ur own risk. She agree to it also.

Now, the postage get lost. She wants a refund from me.But aren't this clearly stated in the terms & conditions that opting for a normal postage will be at ur own risk, which is what every bs rules is.

My mum send the postage for me, she did a lot of postage for me already, and no on complained lost. I can still ask all the past customers who opt for a postage to prove that they received !I still went to ask my mum whether did she paste the stamp or paste the lid properly, she said she even paste Scottape over it. i double checked her address too.

Everyone received, why only her ? Then, after knowing the postage get lost, she told me she needed cash, wants me to refund. If i am out to cheat people $, why would i cheat her with only 2 orders. I can jolly well cheat others with more orders. And u said u needed cash, but what can $23 be in help if u are really in need of cash ?? This can't be the reason for me to refund u the $.
